KITCHEN: Quartz countertops in kitchen. Full kitchen with new Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer and dishwasher. All appliances including dishwasher, range and washer/dryer are new as of Dec. 2022
BATHROOMS: Quarz countertops and safety features installed in both bathrooms, updated walk-in shower in master bathroom, tub/shower combo in guest bathroom.
FLOORING: Ceramic wood plank tile throughout
CEILING FANS: Ceiling fans located in living room and each bedroom
AMENITIES: Ground floor, Gulf Front unit. Easy pool access!

We have stayed here because of the biker\'s weekend special. Purchase 2 days and get the 3rd day free. We were told this special may go away. If so it may affect our decision for future trips. If you look at our history, we rent 2 units twice a year.

Friend recommended. You need to furnish dish cloths instead of sponges.
Ceiling fan in primary bedroom did not turn on. Couches, chairs looked pretty rough-everything else was very nice.
Only improvement could have been bedroom tvs did not work on xfinity. "No signal-searching" "weak or no signal".

Everything was good, except weather 🙁 1 light bulb burnt out in each bathroom. The room was cleaned the best ever 🙂
Great as always (very minor issues-fix screen door and damaged ceiling in front of guest bathroom). *We truly appreciate military discount.
