Two Bedroom Unit: Max occupancy 6 persons

Unit only allows SAT-SAT rentals during Summer Premium 6/20--7/10 and Summer 7/11--7/24
Allows monthly rentals November through March (March is only allowed through the 15th and they have to at least rent the full month of February)
TVS: 3 Large flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms. High definition available in living room. DVD player in guest bedroom
LIVING ROOM: Sofa, cushioned chair and recliner
BEDROOMS: King in master bedroom, two queens in guest bedroom
KITCHEN: Full open kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, coffee maker, toaster, stackable washer/dryer and dishwasher
BATHROOMS: Tub/shower combo in master bathroom, walk-in shower in guest bathroom. All toilets are ADA compliant
FLOORING: Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in all rooms except master bath. Ceramic tile in master bath
